Last week I was invited to attend an event here in London called ‘2020 focus’, which is part of a on-going piece of work being run by the BDI - British Design Initiative - a non money making group who represent UK design here and abroad.
The evening was a roundtable discussion between seven experienced ID’ers and is part of a larger piece of work that has the intention of compiling a general consensus on the fears and hopes of the UK ID industry over the next 5, 10 and 15 years.
The event itself was very refreshing. It was great to see how we shared mostly all the same concerns (+hopes), but most importantly when all sat together we felt far more empowered to do something about them as a collective.
So seeing as Core is also a coming together of like minded people I’d be interested to know:
