This guy is only 20 years too late for the outrageous 80’s -
I hate to be the critic, but this is a design that was out of date far before it was conceived.
I see this as a form of gadget than anything else.
I kinda of like it. But then I am dorky and obsessed with retro.
Hey, it’s coming back! It always comes back. 
I’m sorry I critiqued this guy - those were my thoughts, but they were unnecessary and I should not have verbalized them - it is hard work to get a product out, especially independently - and the least I could have done was to not say anything at all - I will try to refrain in the future from critiqueing stuff publicly (except that wooden cell phone, that really was horrible).
Unfortunately one of the hardest things for me to get used to as a designer is the fact that Iam not always the target market and I may not like what I see.
People like the strangest things.
