Fixture?

Hi,
a fixture noob here and I wonder anyone can help me on

1. what is the fixture type?
2. how it is insert inside the wood and not turning in place when we screw it to the wall?

I was thinking eye screw but it wouldn’t be an easy job placing it inside

Good idea… working… . How to Embed Video

A screen grab seems to show a milled slot with back filling (adhesive). The length of the threads on the “inside” isn’t consistent with a dowel screw (usually the same length (although it could certainly have been shortened)).

But as Julius suggests, the dowel screw would certainly be the most economical way to do this (by far).
