Hello Everyone. Does anybody have experience using Extruded Polystyrene as a mold. Any do’s or don’ts
Warpage is the big thing to watch out for with extruded plastic. You want to make the same number of ribs on the top as the bottom. If not then you would expect warpage in the direction where there are no ribs.
If you use generous rounds you can avoid stress fractures (cracks)
