Experience with Design Aerobics?

Hey, I was wondering if any of you guys have tried one of Design Booms online classes: Design Aerobics?

I’m considering trying one, but I have a few questions. First of all, are they any good? I’m looking for general comments and positive/negative experiences.

Secondly: Is there a way of saving the lessons for later reading, sort of like a book? (i know you can probably print it to pdf, but it’s not always as practical if you have to print 269 pages).
