Quick question:
I am trying to export an Illustrator artwork as a DXF file to be opened in Pro/E (or Solidworks). It doesn’t seem to be working. Any ideas/suggestions from anyone with this particular experience?

In ProE, you’ll need to import it into a new drawing, not a part. Then export it as an .igs into a part file. Before you export it out of Illustrator, put a 1"box in the corner. You’ll need it as a reference to check the scale…
