Anyone else a little suprised by this article? Doesn’t it seem like an odd business decision for the business director of a consulting firm to publicly exhibit the problems they had with their client (Graco) and their proxy clients (Newell-Rubbermaid and Disney/Baby Einstein) to the rest of the design world?
