I was wondering if anyone knew of any design shows (like milan has the furniture fair, etc.) in the northwest or anywhere in Canada? I’m mainly interested in furniture design and was just wondering if anyone knew of any shows. I found out about one back in May last year in Vancouver called “iMade”, but unfortunatly I found out after it had happened. Any response would be appreciated! thanks

The Salon d’Interieur Design Internationale de Montreal or SIDIM is a good furniture design show in Montreal. They have alot of the furniture manufactures, but also some local more artistic furniture makers as well. The design schools and the local institute also have displays featuring various design work.
