Have you tried curved (in single direction) doors in metal.? I have seen doors like this on small volume Kiosks and retail counters.

I am looking for some insight into rolling metal and vendors in Canada or USA, that you may have worked with for small volume production of curved metal doors (150 units) .

no budgets for stamping dies !!!

any suggestions would be great for my current project

most custom sheet metal shops have ability to roll flat sheet, certainly every one I’ve dealt with in Toronto does.

Alternately, flat sheet can be welded to internal spars that have the curve you are looking for.

Can also be “bump-braked” using an automated CNC controlled press brake.
You’ll have to do a bit of grinding/sanding but the finished product looks quite smooth over gradual radii.
