a good friend of mine used to work as an interior designer for them. we were discussing the process of submitting a design for review. she said that you could find all the info on their website and that they were extremely thorough in their review and responded to all “serious” submission…

i think the process is similar, but they would probably want to control the sourcing for best pricing…
I’ve heard their quality control process is EXTREMELY stringent. Almost to the point of making a product both unprofitable and un-manufacturable.
