Coroflot - upcoming changes

Coroflot was the first online portfolio I ever had, pre-dating sites built with WordPress, Behance, Adobe Portfolio, Squarespace (current), and likely a handful of others that promised beauty and utility but didn’t deliver on UX and faded away.

I’ve long since stopped actively updating my Coroflot site but am pleased to see that Core77 “corporate” still wants to invest in the platform, and as a hiring manager I do get links to portfolios here on occasion. Does a decent job at arranging pictures and text to showcase projects in a simple way.

So, I’m torn about updating to ‘Pro’ or letting my existing three projects (ha) lapse to ‘Basic’.

Do any of the other posters here keep their Coroflots updated? Do you get job applications with links to Coroflot sites?

“Corporate” is happy to hear you still see Coroflot in use! I think with three projects you could get by with basic for a long time. There are some cool features under development - like google stats, personal domain names, placement on the Core77 homepage - but those matter more if you are using it to promote yourself.
