The schedule is:
All entrants notified that we received their entries by tomorrow. Nov 19.
Winners notified Nov. 19. (this is the plan. If judging is not complete then winners will be notified early next week).
Publication of the winning entries is set for early December. A note will be added to this thread during each step in the process.
