I am a sophomore working towards my degree in mech engineering and industrial design. I have been looking for consultancies who hire a variety of people from different disciplines, the famous ones I have found are ideo, smartdesign, and insight. Are there any other consultancies/or firms out there who would be interested in hiring an intern with a multidisciplinary education?
check out design continuum in boston… when i was interning there for ID they also had interns in several other depts.
they do a great job of maximizing the resources they have in terms of interns. meaning you’re not getting coffee…
