If you have 3D files, why don’t you make some prototypes. If you want less 10 pcs, it’s easy to find prototype factory to do it.
Junkyard would be your easiest bet, otherwise try and find a car that has the vents you want, and then you should be able to order the parts new from a parts catalog or dealer.

I’m interning at a company and it was for a product they’re doing; unfortunately due to manufacturing and market constraints I had to nix the idea.

Items like auto parts accessories don’t come up often. If you don’t want to go through the dealer. It takes some legwork calling/email them, but you’d be surprised what you can find.
