Bonding two pieces of Yellow Foam?

Hi all,

I have posted before about Yellow foam in the past but this question I had never asked. I am working on a model for next week and in the past, when working with the yellow foam, I have used a thin layer of Bondo to join two pieces together (which works quite well!). Is there another adhesive that anyone recommends (like Super 77) that works just as well, but without so much fuss and mess?

Thanks guys,

CJS

You’ve probably noticed that while Bondo does work well as an adhesive, when it comes time to cutting or sanding through a lamination, it’s a pain in the arse.

Super 77, or anything with the letters 3M works great; there is even one now for styrofoam (3M78).
