Like many, I’m looking for my first design job out of school. I’ve luckily had some professional experience with co-ops and a couple freelance jobs, but am trying to be really deliberate in my job search. (read: I’m looking for a job I’ll like)
My favorite part of the design process is brainstorming, interacting with other folks and generating ideas through collaboration. Any tips on where to look for a good-fit job? Do you think its just a case-by-case sort of thing (you have to scope out each employer individually…)
Also, any good ideas for getting around coroflot? Its a great resource, but I have to imagine that every employer who posts a job there gets a ton of portfolios.
