Just wanted to let you know that I’ve launched a blog on product design from an end user perspective. I review design mistakes in products that everyone uses in his daily life. The goal is to discuss how we can improve these products and make them better. I try to involve the manufacturers as well. If you have cases or examples to share, please feel free to contribute at http://www.designbetterproducts.com.
If you have suggestions or recommendations, please leave a comment at the site.
On the contrary my friend! The software of this forum has a bug in extracting URL’s from the entered text. It mapped the point after the com into the URL and it should not have done this.
Software that does it correctly is the one on http://www.productdesignforums.com/index.php?showtopic=7208&hl= where you can see my posting with the URL extracted correctly.
So without the trailing point, the website should be http://www.designbetterproducts.com
This thread would not make sense if I post-edited the first post.
And we can all learn from the mistakes of others (that’s what I try to do with the blog)
Those who are interested will find the way.
