Role and Responsibilities: As part of the marketing team the Art Director manages all ChicoBag™ creative assets. The Art Director must be a talented graphic designer with an understanding of brand management. The Art Director is responsible for conceptualizing, developing and implementing effective visual branding for all ChicoBag™ materials. The Art Director creates and manages all marketing and sales collateral, visual merchandising elements, support materials, promotional materials, and ad designs. The art director moves beyond the role of a graphic designer in that they are responsible for brainstorming creative ideas and developing brand positioning for all creative elements. The Art Director works directly with the Marketing Manager to develop creative briefs and to implement creative development. The Art Director must be a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and the work of a designer.
