Anyone know how these coffee makers actually work?

From the WTF department, Starbucks signs a deal today to sell Keurig machines at their stores;

It was that or do a dedicated machine for their “via” brand instant coffee and well most folks are not that stupid.

You, or at least I, have to ask myself how good a cup of coffee could be when you buy little canisters of it at Staples Office Supply… …

I’ll just stick to my old Russell Hobbs kettle and my Melita cone, buy my beans, and grind them in my old Braun . . . .

yup, K cup is about selection and ease with the knowledge it is fresh brewed…at least its part of the answer.

Oh yes, those are the real rip-off artists :laughing: They don’t feel ashamed doing their biz, I would. So, nothing to learn from that except “spreading the word”: Starbucks is instant cofee + a nice machine handling show with lots of fuss.
