Another BA or a master's in ID?

Hi! I am a last yr undergrad student in engineering in US. I am hoping to get into Industrial design. I am trying to decide between getting another BA or a master’s. As I read from other posts, master’s is more about theories and research and you can only learn the design skills and do hands-on work in an undergrad degree. Is this true for schools in US and Europe?

what you’ve read is true, about theory vs hands-on.
Your engineering degree will be vastly more important to your career than whether your ID degree is BA or MS (the salary and starting position would be the same regardless of degree).

As a Masters student you might get to teach materials and processes for a stipend if that’s interesting to you - but this will take skills-building time and energies away from your new career goals.

2nd bachelors is probably the way to go
