Was it die cut with the edges and corners polished afterwards?

could be machined or molded but most likely
cut on a saw, drilled on a press, rounded on a router and then flame polished
It wasn’t die cut. Look at the draft on the sides, as well as all the corners being slightly rounded.
I would put money on these being created by injection molding.
+1 for money on molding - looks like you can even see a little bit of a witness line.
Unless theres a reason the edges needed draft then why would you go through the trouble of routing and polishing? If the edges were vertical I’d say that it could’ve been cut some other way.
