I saw this same thing in the mid 70’s through the mid 80’s and that recession was not as deep or global, so do a bit of reading and thinking.


Not only in retail, but you see reuse of products being popularized in television with shows like American Pickers, Pawn Stars, and the other ones about auctions and auction houses. Companies will need more than just brand or new & shiny to bring value in a non-consumerist era. No worries though, I’m sure this will be short-lived and we will be buying crap like never before.

oh i figure about a decade, see we still have yet to take the punch from the foreclosures on both residential and commercial properties.
