Re: Beginner in MEDICAL device design_Advise/Books/website/.

Congrats on your job! The medical sector is very cool to design for. A good designer with a heavy focus on usability can really help people and potentially save lives. What kind of things will you be designing? In the medical sector standards play a big part. There are a lot of guidelines in place t...

Re: Yo! 2016 sketch a day

Hello Yo! From your sketches it seems like you are really becoming more comfortable with the iPad sketching. They are really improving quickly! How long does such an iPad sketch take? Re: Paying for the new "rig"

My laptop was running a bit slow/hot. Then I opened her up, and removed the dust in front of the ventilator, and now it works smooth again. Maybe you already clean up your laptop regularly, but in case you don't, it should be your first step! And what Mike said makes a lot of sense, try to find a ni...

Re: Gore and Guts

Hi MC Robertscb! My opinion is slightly different from what the others are saying. I think it really depends what you are looking for. Are you looking for a job focused on medical product design? Or are you looking for a more general design position, or maybe a completely different category design? ...

I always thought this canon printer (Pixma MG6150) was a cool example of the effect.
Only the buttons which are needed are visible.
