Re: Nike sues former designers

Wow, that document really lays out the timeline and grisly details of Nike's argument.

Thanks for sharing.

Re: AUDI new design language

Back on topic I quite like it when things wander off topic. One person says something you think is a bit stupid, you respond with something even more stupid, and before you know it you've exposed yourself as an anxiety ridden , automotive snob on a mini-world stage. I got nothing against The oval t...

I'd much prefer to subtley blend in than shout & stick out . Understated anonymity is way cooler than showing off, especially in a crowd of strangers. Class trumps brash - forget the stang!

Lovely little sketch concept I thought. A boardroom friendly material & colour spec could even bring 'em to the city!

Loving this mechanical Pentel 0.9mm at the moment. Smooth 2B fatness just glides along all day.

An old Hyundai perhaps, but I think our days of sneering at Korean styling are pretty much over.

Re: Vehicles spotted in your neighborhood

Not sure why my comment was removed as I certainly wasn't trying to offend. It's common knowledge here in London that Young Middle Easterners like to stand out with crazy paint jobs on very exclusive cars. I was merely responding to Sprockets wtf comment. http://thesupercarkids.com/most-unique-cars-...

Re: Scenic Surfacing

I'm strangely relieved that someone else thinks it's weird. It looks as if they wanted to flare the wheel arch but the door geometry didn't allow it.

Re: Scenic Surfacing

Admittedly there are quite a few shots where it looks ok-ish, but there are some viewing angles (in real life) where the reflections seem to go a bit crazy as the bulging wheel arch and the door surface seem quite ill fitting. I mention it because my colleague parks his where I have to look at it ev...

Scenic Surfacing

A nerdy car styling observation/question here : Has anyone else noticed the wierd surfacing in the area where the front door meets the front wing in the current Renault Scenic?(top two images sort of show this) The reflections abruptly dip at this point and I cant figure out whether this was intenti...
