Re: Dyson Airblade Tap - Discuss!

I guess it solves the Airblade rusty puddle problem by having the dryer over the sink. I tend to find that the current airblade sprays water all over my shirt. Would a downforce spray it over my trousers? Would a curved sink dire t the water all over my crotch? Kind of reminds me of the crap all in ...

Re: Sketch-Fu: Men's Footwear

yeah...and again, i'm not pointing it out to criticize...i'm bringing it up bc it baffles me how proportion is drilled into our heads, and then a large company with amazing designers releases such poorly proportioned sketches. i mean, is it like that 'you've got to know a rule to break it' type dea...

I've got a winter research trip coming up in NYC and Montreal.

Can anyone recommend me some inspirational footwear and general design stuff to do?

A bit vague I know but open to suggestions. Can be quite out there, my team is open minded...

Re: Mouse reccommendations

Scroll ball?!?! Last time I saw one of those was at least 5 yrs ago, OK, whatever the ball on top of the mac mouse is called! The mouse isn't even serviceable without using a knife to get into it but I'm sure there's plenty of whinge threads on here about it... Maybe it's my especially grubby hands...

Re: Magnetic Cushion System

I was looking through some old sketches and found this. It's a shame this idea hasn't come to fruition but I'd say it's a million dollar idea. 1. Pumps 2. Air Bubbles 3. Shox 4. MAGNA CUSH (just made that up haha) thoughts? I think you'd need some pretty big magnets to oppose the impact force. You ...
