My latest vinyl sculpture debuted today on www.vinylpulse.com.

Unlike my last piece, Sancho, that was sculpted out of hbx2 and then cast in resin (some of you may remember the mold-making video I posted), Beezle was modeled in Freeform and then printed in a production grade thermoplastic material courtesy of www.3drg.com.

I'm thrilled with the results and invite you all to take a look.

It's cool but the back side looks a little flat to me.

Does this piece have texture to it? All the Rapid Prototyping stuff I've seen had a granular texture to it.
