As far as a budgetary quote goes, there’s a package available for a high-end users ($850 a seat) and end users, which is most of the folks here ($250 a seat).
As far as what it does, a whole bunch. The biggest sell I’m trying to make internally is to make the creation process seamless from department to department. You can even include suppliers & clients into your projects (with limited access of course).
What I’ve learned is that It’s pretty new that this technology is now available for “small” companies like mine. It seams like chump change for what it can do. Implementation is my biggest concern.
