I tried learning Alias three times by now and never got past the navigation controls. I think it is incomprehensibly dump to need to press THREE (!!) buttons to simply rotate the view. Buttons especially hard to reach if you are left handed. And then they don’t offer any way to change the controls? Wtf? I just want a Solidworks like navigation. Or am I missing something and you can actually change the keymapping and shortcuts? At least for the basic controls I couldn’t figure it out.
I heard great things about Alias, but I am not getting hand cramps from rotating my 3D view.
