ii. By submitting the Submissions, regardless of whether the Submissions are selected for advancing to a subsequent Challenge or for a prize, > Entrant grants to Sponsor, and its sponsors, ILM, Lucasfilm, and their respective agents and representatives, a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, communicate, modify and display the Submissions (and any related material, including project information, explanatory material, images, photos and/or videos, as well as any personal information obtained through the Competition) without any fee or other form of compensation, and without further notification or permission, for promotional purposes, including conducting, promoting and judging the Competition and advertising the Competition, future contests, and products and services. > Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Art Direction requests Submissions based on Lucasfilm IP, ILM grants Entrant a limited, non-exclusive license to create the Submission using the Lucasfilm IP for purposes of creating a Submission for this Competition only, provided that Entrant’s use of such Lucasfilm IP is conditioned upon Entrant assigning to Lucasfilm Ltd. all rights in and to the Submission (if such rights are not assigned to Lucasfilm Ltd., Entrant’s license to create the Submission using Lucasfilm IP shall be null and void).
