ya, that looks great.
an actual hoverboard. No wheels, no special magnetic surface.
This isn’t a short, but I saw a documentary the other night called “A Faster Horse” about the product development cycle of the 2015 Ford Mustang as well as a bit of history on the model and the politics behind it. Pretty good watch… it got me sketch Mustangs of course…
It is available for streaming on Netflix. It opened up with a short interview with the lead designer and interviewed designers of previous Mustangs.
Not necessarily about design - but the guy is talking about creativity so I figured it’s relevant.
I found it very interesting to listen to so maybe you will too
That’s so awesome. I love it .
Love these ones. Forgive if they’ve been posted before.

I never knew Miyamoto was an industrial designer. Interesting part about how “Mr Video” was the first game at Nintendo to put the story before the mechanics.
Thanks for bringing this thread back, Michael!
No problem! It’s my attempt to stop lurking and start contributing again!
It happens
This documentary on design looks really good: Abstract: The Art of Design. Has anyone seen it? Abstract: The Art of Design | Official Trailer [HD] | Netflix - YouTube
I loved “The Gap” by Ira Glass. I’m a weekly listener of “This American Life” and I love to listen to Ira.
