He will follow that conversation with an equally precise one about the 24 layer, 13 different metal, pans he uses that make sure the heat distribution (and associated expansion of metals) is perfect. Water boiling in .003 seconds…
Then there’s the story about his washing machine (interesting, efficient, mechanical design) that went out of balance and ‘walked’ across the floor.
He will be visiting in a couple weeks and preparing myself to hear it all again.
He is a very smart, analytical man, almost to a fault. Hope he doesn’t change (not a chance of it).
