I think this is hard to critique without all of the projects but here are some quick things I noticed. You have an excessive amount of text on every page, and it has mistakes. You need to read through and revise your copy.
You have different colors for different projects, but you reuse some colors. Are the colors supposed to group the projects somehow?
I am also wondering why your portfolio cant be longer then 20 pages. Its true that it shouldn’t be very long, but you should use as many pages as it takes to tell the story.
