Good sketch sites

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but guys check out this amazingly cool Sketchbook e-learning session I found on a new creative social site called Filter Foundry. Presented by Mark Kokavec who I believe is a member here on Core77 as well. Industrial shoe design tutorial. Clearly knows what his doing and the video quality is awesome. Better than Vimeo in full-screen mode in my opinion. Covers sketchbook pro basic s and then gets into the nitty gritty of how to design a running shoe. 2 hours so well spent.

Love the sense of brightness and light in Homeworld’s drawings, really it gives it some pop!

I’ll be adding a really really fresh site to the mix soon for people who really really love sketching.

www.furiae.com - Linda Bergqvist is one of the best digital painters currently alive if you ask me. Her site is down at the moment but make sure to check out her work. Not so much design-related but it can sure teach you about drawing and coloring.

Good find Jboogie, I was just looking these up the other day after that Atari Jaguar thread! I love how they abbreviate the keys these slick, single bars.

Yes, Cheng’s marker and drawing skills are on point!! Old school I.D. skills :sunglasses:

For those who haven’t seen this website yet its a foreign forum similar to what we do here on core77 sketch thread all about cars i think over 1200 pages, a lot of rare gems to be found here http://www.cardesign.ru/forum/diskussii/risuem_mashiny/456/page1/

Can you please take a look at my instagram www.instagram.com/mattssketches and give me some feedback on what I should work on and do more or less of?
Thanks!

dude, you are only following 5 people? You should follow more sketchers.

Hey guys, I thought I’d share this resource.

Reid Schlegel who I guess quite a few of us follow on Instagram and quite known for his work on toned paper has started a Youtube channel.
