Hi,
I am also very much interested in trends in interior and furniture design and follow them since 2005 in my blog http://www.Trendoffice.blogspot.com - this made me choose its name, too
You may find some interesting information there.
I love pinterest for my daily design inspiration…Pinterest is a treasure trove for design and decor ideas, so I keep perusing it. I always visit Centsational Girl’s pins and blog. Young House Love is very popular, too, as is Thrifty Decor Chick. I can sometimes find unusual pins on there, such as shots of the set designs from movies and TV shows. They usually link to blogs with more detailed information.
Also, there are hundreds of interior design on YouTube that let you see how others furnish and decorate their spaces. I always subscribe many channels there. I also buy some magazines like Elle Decor and Dwell about decorating. Refinery 29 and Decoralist can also be good resources. Some people like HGTV.
And also this forum, http://boards.core77.com, I am new here, I hope I got lots of interior designs here.
Pinterest for me has been one of the biggest and most important tools I’ve been using over the last year.
It is fantastic for cataloguing different visuals from all of the digital outlets I use and with the iPhone App I have it at my fingertips as long I can get a signal. It allows me to put together a decent mood/inspiration board effortlessly because most things on trend I’ve archived somewhere.
Also Instagram has been money for this. All you have to do is start following a few interior designers and see what they like and follow and bam, bottomless pit of time
1 for Pinterest. Once you get it working well, you barely need anything else. Set up boards for different categories and use the similar images under each one and its great.
takeovertime is a good tumblr for interiors / products as a side note.
https://architizer.com/ - mainly exterior, but some interior. For great furniture searching, Archiproducts and ArchiTonic (these two are great for product trends).
