I don’t think that is true any longer for international students. Tuition being zero I mean, the rest is true.
Regarding weather: if you don’t like the snow you can spend even more time in the studio with no regrets about sitting inside when you could go surfing. 90% was quite an exaggeration thou, it’s actually closer to 50%
