Does anyone know of a good polymer foam material that can be used for high quality 4-color process printing? I'm looking for a white sheet in a thickness about 30 point (0.03") which can be machine printed offset on both sides in large quantities. A recycled material or material that could be recycled would be best. Maybe PP or PS or ? Any help is appreciated.

Welcome to the boards wvone.

I've moved your post to the Materials & Processes forum. I think it will get more immediate results here.
