ok, this ones for the shoe experts out there:
in a cycling shoe, does one want ankle support?
my intuition was no… binding or restricting the ankle would cause chafing\discomfort etc…
however there have been a few submissions that add some sort of ankle support… would this add more power to or detract from the cycling experience?
