I am curious to see what people think and why!!!
i would vote UMEA in sweden. why?.. well basically UMEA is free, true you pay tax up the ass, but education is free. plus the swedish women arent too bad either.
What is the male to female ratio at UMEA? Also, do people there party like crazy or is it a reserved group?
