On a related topic, something that I realize more in life and in design is that good judgement is really valuable, but often not recognized. For example, my wife is a lawyer and a lot of people try to negociate her price down because they think the value is in finding a law and reading it, which today is practically free (internet). However, her real value is the judgement that she has built after years of working on different cases. I think the same can be said for designers, but our clients often judge us based on a basket of skills rather than judgement based on experience.
