Unfortunately the only school that has a formal exchange agreement with Carnegie Mellon at this time is Zokei University (Nagoya.)
I don’t know much about it, but the schools I seem to hear more about are those that you listed. After some more research, hopefully I can find a way to do a semester abroad at one of those schools, regardless of a formal exchange agreement.
