I know of places in Noida that give some training in Catia V4/5/6 but I’m not sure of Solidworks or Studiotools. Maybe you could contact IIT Delhi and see if there’s something going on over there.
Or better still, pick up your cellphone, dismantle it, and start modeling it…you may end up taking 3-4 days to finish it but you’ll learn heaps more than what those guys will “teach” you
