I have this friend who’s father owns Victoria Uniform, a company that makes uniforms in Hong Kong. He’s looking to expand into sports apparel, and needs a logo and a brand name. She told me that if he picks my logo and name, then I get a t-shirt with the design printed on it. Now I’m wondering, since he’s trying to start a business out of this, should I be asking for payment?
Now, if I deserve payment, how much is typically charged to a company that’s just starting? And how should I go about negotiating payment?
I know this is a really weird question, and I don’t want to sound greedy, but I think I should be asking for payment.
Any info you guys can give me would be GREATLY appreciated
