Basic Fun works closely with licensors such as Hasbro, Mattel, Fisher Price (Mattel), and several other toy manufacturers.

The company's success began with the advent of the miniature, functional keychain version of Super Soakers.

In april 2015 the Dutch designers and couple, Rokus van Blokland and Corry van Blokland Mobach celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.
For this occasion the website; rvbcvbm.nl is presented with a selection of their work.
Rokus van Blokland is the first graduated industrial designer in the Netherlands, with Gerrit Rietveld as one of his teachers.
This reflects in their designs which are much inspired by Bauhaus in Germany, special by the colour theory of Johannes Itten
and the dutch designer Gerard Kiljan.

The designs made by Rokus and Corry have been produced by Sio, a Dutch toyfactory, which was closely connected to DCM in the uk and Spear Games in the US.

Welcome to our digital exhibition http://rvbcvbm.nl/en/sio.html
