Remember when kids used to put baseball cards in the spokes of their bikes to make noise?
Me neither, that was way before my time, but that is a major piece of baby boomer nostalgia that we've all heard a thousand times.
So why did it take so long for this goofy thing to come to market?
Its so simple, I can't believe nobody thought of it before.

Yes its a bit obnoxious, but bravo to the guys who made it.
