Hi,

If your an experienced designer for a toy manufacturer, a freelance designer or a newcomer to the industry like myself, I'd like to hear your thoughts and experiences of getting work/clients. Did you take your design directly to market yourself or did you shop your ideas to companies? or was it something else...?
