Gorgeous Eames toy

Eames’ Ply Elephant that was created in 1945, but never went into production. I find this absolutely gorgeous as an object, and imaginative as a toy for kids. This would have(and maybe is) a classic just like any other of Eames furniture. Too bad, it has an Eames price tag as well.

Next thing we know, Ikea will be selling plastic versions of these animals

I LOVE the Eames elephant, it has so much personality. I want to get the miniature one for my office someday, since it’s a little more affordable.
