FWIW - I know Angela Yeh through IDSA. While it is true that most head hunters focus on more senior design talent, I personally plan on using Yeh Ideology services when I am ready to begin the job hunt again. This is in part because Angela’s background is in Industrial Design (MID from Pratt) and she worked in the the field before deciding that her passion was design recruiting.
