Needs a better introduction. What is product character?
I turn away from a survey that suddenly requires me to get a bit too wordy. This survey seems to be a list-making effort rather than an opinion survey, or a survey to support a thesis.
Rather than ask a person if they agree or disagree with your thesis, ask them pertinent questions, one at a time, to hold their attention.
