Keep your knowledge for yourself: Exchanging unshared information in a design team
This is the topic for i am working on. It has to do with the way members of a team exchange their knowledge, they take advantage of each ones speciality and the way all the information is gathered to make a decision… I have already found some literature related mostly to psychology, sociology but it’s hard to find something related to design teams…
