I wouldnt pay 20 bucks for that. sounds like a rip. buy a drawing book at a local art store take some figure drawing classes, or simply draw from life and post them on the forum and get feed back for FREE>>>
drawing tools like this i havent heard ever working. Draw from life, stil lifes might sound boring but are great for building your abilities.
